In SouthEastern Alberta, there is a small city of Medicine Hat that we call home. We started a concession selling our smoked meats and sausage about 10 years ago, but found we could not find good quality marinating sauces and rubs that we knew were natural and tasted great so we developed our own. Our sauces and spices are low in fat, and you can actually read exactly what we put into all our products.
I grew up on a ranch in the Box Springs area, just north of Medicine Hat, which borders the British block of Suffield, AB. I have always been interested in mixing flavours and smoking products, and have taken great pleasure in sharing and experiencing everyone's reactions to the different flavours I put together. After many years of trail and error, I finally found the perfect blends and want to share them with you.
