Cathy's Ghostriders Beef on a Bun
Recipe and ingredients
In 16 inch by 8 inch tin foil pan, place one layer of roast beef and cover with sauce. Repeat till all beef and sauce is used. Wrap top with tin foil, freeze for later or place on BBQ indirect heat on low for at least 1 hour....but the longer you leave it the more tender it gets! Up to 4 hours. Place on bun or bread...Its great!
Ghostriders Smokehouse Blackened Burgers

Blend garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and sage, together. In a large bowl place ground beef, add blended spice and Ghostriders original sauce to ground beef. Mix well and refrigerate over night. The next day form into 4- 8 ounce patties, then coat with smoked paprika. Heat cast iron frying pan on BBQ on high, till it starts to smoke! Add burgers and cook approx. 4 minutes per side, or until it reaches 165F inside. Place on bun with condiments of your choosing and enjoy!!

In a large bowl mix all ingredients, roll into 2 once balls. Place meatballs in Dutch oven cook on low, turn meatballs often till done. Drain of fat and add bottle of Ghostriders Spank Me. Simmer for one hour, serve with riced potato and cauliflower!
Ghostriders Big Beef Ribs

Pre heat BBQ on med/low heat, approx 250F. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl, toss in beef ribs coat well. Place ribs on BBQ rack (indirect heat) grill for 3 hours. Baste with sauce grill another 3 hours till tender, baste often. Slow cooker 8 hours on low, add all sauce after placing in cooker.

In a slow cooker, place bag of meat balls, pour bottle of Ghostriders sauce over top. Put cooker on low in morning. At the end of the day, place meat balls in a serving dish with fancy toothpicks. VOILA! Beautiful, fast and easy!
Sweet and Sassy Meatballs Over Pasta
Recipe and ingredients
In a slow cooker place bag of meat balls, pour bottle of Sweet and Sassy over top. Put cooker on low in morning and when you get home from work, throw dry pasta in pot of boiling water. Boil 12 min and drain pasta, add olive oil and garlic, mix well. Place meat balls over pasta, or on the side. Whaa laa! Magnifico!
Slow cooker time 8 to 10 hours on low.

Ghostriders Breakfast Sausage
Recipe and ingredients
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and rest in fridge over night, letting the flavors penetrate the meat. Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop out mixture and form into balls. Flatten by hand or by using a gal container of canned tomatoes, etc. Put in Freezer on cookie trays using wax paper and single file, layer by layer. Remove in hour or so, portion in Ziploc bags and freeze. Enjoy for breakfast, fry and add cheese, egg on an English muffin!
Ghostriders Marinated BBQ Pork Chops

Blend together using a wisk, bazil, oregano, onion powder and spank me sauce. in a bowl. 2 pork chops per ziploc bag, pour half of mixture in each bag, let set in fridge 24 hours. Generously salt and pepper both sides, set bbq at 350F or med high, pre heat 15 min. Then on indirect heat place pork chops, cook approx 10 min each side or till internal temp reaches 165F. Do not over cook! Note: Always clean and oil racks well before using. Slow cooker low 8 hours.
Ghostriders Slow Cooked Back Ribs

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl, place ribs on a large cookie sheet, using your hands coat heavy with rub. Place bbq on high or in oven on broil, cook for 4 to 5 min. Remove and cut into pieces of four ribs, place in slow cooker. Pour bottle of Spank me over top, cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Sides.... baked beans and greek salad. Enjoy!

Ghostriders Slow Cooked Breasts
Recipe and ingredients
Blend basil and garlic together in bowl, season breasts with mixture and salt, pepper to taste. In a large frying pan pour oil, brown breasts on medium heat. Remove from pan and place in Slow cooker, then pour a bottle of Sweet and Sassy over top. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours!
Ghostriders Smokehouse Wings
Recipe and ingredients
Mix all dry ingredients, split into 2 large ziploc bags, 2 pounds of wings in each bag, toss until evenly coated. Add half a bottle of sauce in each bag. Toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Preheat oven and bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes, turn wings, bake another 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Should be golden brown and dry to touch. This recipe is for large chicken wings, baking time will vary depending on size of wings.
Ghostriders Blackened Chicken with Garlic Pasta
Recipe and ingredients
Large bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, cajun powder, and flour. Place 1 cup milk in bowl, dredge chicken in milk then dry mixture. In a hot cast iron frying pan, blacken both sides of the breasts, place chicken in oven at 400F using cast frying pan. Bake chicken 20 to 30 min, cube chicken into bite size pieces, toss in Spank Me sauce. Boil pasta, drain, mix with olive oil, 1/2 tbl garlic powder, lemon spice. Toss chicken and pasta, enjoy!

In a Dutch oven combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and let simmer for 2 hours or more. The longer you simmer, the more the flavor! Serve on grilled Kaiser bun. Put more sauce on it if you want!!!

Ghostriders Smoked Brisket
Recipe and ingredients
Combine all spices in a large bowl and blend together, start BBQ one side on medium heat 250F approx. In a small cast iron frying pan pour one cup of pellets. Pat rub thoroughly into brisket, place brisket on BBQ opposite side of pellets [indirect heat]. Smoke cook one hour, flip brisket and add the remaining cup of pellets, smoke cook one more hour. Remove brisket from BBQ and triple wrap with tin foil, put back on BBQ cook on indirect heat on at 200F for 8 to 10 hours. Remove from BBQ and pull or shred brisket. Place in a Dutch oven and pour one to two bottles of Ghostriders sauce over brisket. Serve on Kaiser bun and enjoy! PS...Try it with some home made Slaw! Its the best!
Cured Salmon with Ghostriders Sweet and Sassy

Generously cover Sockeye salmon fillets with Sea salt, refrigerate and cover for three hours. Wash fillets then pat dry, season with lemon spicy and bazil. Heat Cast Iron frying pan on medium, add 2 Tbl of olive oil, place fillets skin side down in hot oil. Cover and cook for 10 min, generously baste with Ghostriders sweet and sassy sauce. Cover and cook till salmon flakes, approx 10 more min......serve with rice and Caesar salad
